How does therapy work?

We start with a diagnostic interview to collaboratively pick what to work on and how to achieve it. From there, appointments can be weekly, bi-weekly, or whatever fits your schedule and gets you the results you are looking for.

In therapy you will collaborate with your therapist to create change and movement in your life. This often includes some practice in between sessions. Want to know what this could look like for you? Call for your free consultation.

What if I do not have insurance?

Out-of-pocket cost is $95 per 1-hour session. Shorter sessions are pro-rated.

How does telehealth work?

Appointments happen over a secure video call with your therapist. You can join on any device with internet and a camera!

Do you offer in-person appointments?

Not at the moment. But stay tuned!
